Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

Pack Your Device

Carefully place the RevAir device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
